"Bun Run"

27-24-21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Rep Rounds of, 

Barbell Lunges

Between each round, 

200-Meter Run 

Load: SC=light, RX=95/65, RX+=115/75
Run: Scale=250/200-M Row if needed, RX+=300-M

Score is time or number of lunges. 

Athletes can alternate style of lunges and bar position.
