A. Strict Pull-Up Cluster
1 Cluster=3 Pull-Ups, rest :10,
3 Pull-Ups, rest :10, 3 Pull-Ups

Athletes with only assists pull-ups perform hardest negative. 

B. 10 reps of DB Shoulder Press Athletes can choose load.
