7 deadlifts
14 ring dips
7 deadlifts

After-Hour Accessory Power/ Hypertrophy Exercise

3 sets of 10 reps single leg Romanian deadlifts. Performed with dumbbells.
Accumulate 3 min dead hang from pull-up bar.
