Weightlifting Strength: Deload Week

Conventional or Sumo Deadlift
5–5–3–3–1–1–1–1

Tri-Modal Conditioning, Short- Duration

3 rounds for time,
10 cal assault
15 toes-to-rings
20 ft plate flip bear crawl

After-Hour Accessory Strength/Power Exercise

Spend 5 min finding slowest pullup. I.E. 5 sec up and 5 sec down would be a 10 sec pullup.
EMOM 6: 5 snatches, light load
