Accumulate 50 Pull-ups, any style

Weightlifting/Gymnastics Conditioning, Sprint Intervals

“Work Day”

EMOM 20, 0:25 work/0:35 rest

Sled push, low-handle
Box Jumps
Lunges with x2 Dumbbells
Bench Press

Self-chosen weights, keep’em light for no resting during work.

Rotate stations every 1:00

5 rounds total.
