6 down-and-back gym runs
12 pull-ups or chin-ups
100-meter sled push

After-Hour Accessory Mobility Exercise

Get a foam roller, lacrosse ball, voodoo floss, or other mobility implement and spend 10:00 on some flexibility limitation.
