“Slavic Race”

  For time, teams of 2:
  200 Russian swings
  100 shoulder presses
  150 hang power snatches
  100 thrusters

KBell: SC= medium for presses, snatches, RX= 35/26, RX+ 53/30

Execution: All work divided (1 working, 1 resting). All reps are done single-arm. 1 kettlebell OR 1 dumbbell (use DBs as needed)
