Every 90 sec for 7:30 (6 sets):

3-5 squat cleans

Increasing weight every round, going by feel and working up to a difficult or max set.

Weightlifting/Gymnastics Conditioning, Short/Sprint

10 toes-to-bar

SC: SC=60% 1RM (medium load), RX=135/95, RX+=155/105
T2B: SC=sit-ups, candlesticks, hanging knee or leg raises, RX/RX+=T2B
