Between sets of wall walks,
2 Rounds:
10 Kettlebell Swings
10-Meter Lunge
10 Shoulder Press (5 per arm!)
10-Meter Lunge
WW: SC=light, RX=44/26, RX+=53/35
Execution: At the start of the workout athletes perform the 3 wall-walks. Then perform the assigned work with kettlebell. Athletes will perform the assigned work between each round. The workout ends with 3 wall-walks.
