400 Meter Run, Together
100 Butterfly Sit-ups*
100 Meter Wheelbarrow Walk
Teammates run together, divide the rest as needed.

After-Hour Accessory Recovery Exercise

Recovery Runs: 3 x 400 Meters Work to Rest Ratio: 1:1
