In teams of 3, AMRAP 25:
1 dumbbell series
20 jump rope
Take turns finishing rounds.
DB: SC=heavy, RX=2x50/2x35, RX+=2x60/2x40
JR: SC=singles, RX=double-unders, RX+=triple-unders
