Push or Split Jerk

Climbing. If you don’t have a C&J max, set one; if you have a max, see if you can top it.

Weightlifting Conditioning, Short-Mid Duration

“Power Trip”

For time, in teams of 2:

40 power clean & jerks

Load: 80% of today’s HS/max
Execution: Teammates take turns doing single reps (20 each)
