Weightlifting Conditioning, Short-Mid Duration

18 kettlebell swings, American
18 back squats 

After-Hour Accessory Strength/ Decompression Exercise

Strength: Band-resisted shoulder presses: Work up to a 2RM.
Decompression: Accumulate 30- 120 seconds of hanging l-holds.
