Back or Front Squats:
Goal 1: Find a 5-rep max.

Weightlifting/ Gymnastics Conditioning, Short-Duration

“Daisy”
5 rounds for time:
4 deadlifts
10 toes to bar

After-Hour Accessory Strength Exercise

Glute bridges: Heavy sets of 10, 3 to 4 sets.
Pendlay rows: 3-5 sets of 10-12
