Odd Object/ Gymnastics Conditioning, Short/Sprint Durat

“Midline March”
10 rounds for time:
1 farmers’ carry down & back
6 sit-ups, GHD

After-Hour Accessory Strength Development Exercise

Shoulder or Bench Press: 5 sets of 5 reps at 90% of 5RM
Deadlift: 1 x 5 reps @ 90% 5RM
