Gymnastics Conditioning, Sprint Intervals

Tabata Intervals, in teams of 2:
Push-ups in parallettes
Jumping air squats
Shoot-thrus in parallettes
Battle ropes
Tricep dips in parallettes

Execution, teammates A & B taking turns on “Tabata timing”:
A: 0:20 sprint, 0:10 down time B: 0:20 sprint, 0:10 down time
Repeat 4 times for each exercise 

After-Hour Accessory Midline Exercise

Midline: Accumulate 100-200 flutter kicks.
Midline: Accumulate 50-100 ab bicycle exercises.
