“Ball or Nothing”
For time, 5 rounds:
300-meter run
200-meter run with med-ball 10 power snatches 

After-Hour Accessory Power/ Agility Exercise

Power: Work up to 3-5 sets of band-assisted squat jumps.
Strength/Agility: Band-resisted lateral stepping, 150’ ea side
