Back or Front Squat- to 1RM.

Weightlifting/Gymnastics Conditioning, Mid-Duration

 AMRAP 15:
 24 wall-balls
 24 burpees to target
WB: SC=light ball allowing 1 UB round, RX=20/14, RX+= 30/20

After-Hour Balance & Midline Accessory Exercise

Strength: Barbell glute bridges with feet elevated, 4 x 10-12.
Midline: Accumulate 30-50 strict toes to bar (also deloads spine).


After
Accessory exercise, record workout results in Sugar WOD, clean/return equipment.

Check previous b or front squat max; wear knee sleeves, lifting shoes & belts as desired.
