Odd Object/Monostructural Conditioning, Long-Duration

AMRAP 25,
 In teams of 2-3:
 High sled push, 100 meters
 Midline tire carry, 50 meters
 Low plate push, 40 meters
Loads: Self-chosen. Heavy or lite.

After-Hour Accessory Exercise, Upper & Lower Back Position

Upper back: Bent-over reverse flies, 3 sets of 15 across, heavy.
Lower back: Reverse hypers on GHD, 3 sets of 15 (across if weighted).


After
Accessory exercise, record workout results in Sugar WOD, clean/return equipment.
