Back or Front Squats:
Goal 1: Find a 5-rep max.

Tri-Modal Conditioning, Short/ Sprint Duration

“Cherry Bomb”
6 rounds for time:
3 power cleans with DBs/KBs
5 calorie bike or row
7 pistols, alternating

After-Hour Accessory Strength Exercise

Glute bridges: Heavy sets of 10, 3 to 4 sets.
Pendlay rows: 3-5 sets of 10-12
