CrossFit Level 1 since July 2010. Formerly the head coach at CrossFit Edwardsville. Blessed with the privilege of training a group of successful people and top-level achievers every single day.

Nutrition Coach & Specialist. Medical school through Washington University's #4-in-the-nation med program and #1-in-the-nation PT program. Personally experimenting and learning for 15 years. Now able to successfully engineer changes in body composition with ease and efficacy. Maintains sub-10% body fat and can coach you on the exact gameplan to doing it, too. 

Head of Program Development. Founder of the Glen-Ed area’s first CrossFit program, & architect of the Fittest Team of the Metro East, Beast of the Metro East, & Battle of the Badges contests.  In coordination with Caroline Skelly & others, founder of most programs at CrossFit Edwardsville. Excited to develop programs that improve all areas of life.

Doctor of Physical Therapy. Washington University-educated (#2 PT in the country). Blessed to have provided therapeutic intervention to people of diverse backgrounds, from everyday folks to musicians with the Saint Louis Symphony, dancers in the Saint Louis Ballet, & Olympic-level track athletes. Specialist in movement dysfunction, especially for the shoulder & spine. 

CrossFit Athlete. Throwing down since 2008. Former half-marathoner. GoRuck Tough June 2014. Retired from fitness competition to focus on business and family, but still insists on leading by example. Demands twice as much from himself in the gym as from anyone else.

Family man. Married to Caroline, his dream girl, and father to Zai, his miracle son.
